Brian Kjos

Brian’s career started at The Irvine Company, working on retail leasing, operations management and executive development. Brian went on to own and operate the western regional office of Staubach Retail, where he created the development and managed the operation of specialized national industry platforms within Staubach including the Staubach AutoGroup, Staubach Design & Construction Services and the Staubach Restaurant & Entertainment Group. While at Staubach, Brian managed The Walt Disney Company relationship, and managed the national rollout of ESPN Zone, DisneyQuest and Club Disney. He then went on to found the Sequoia Restaurant and Entertainment group in 2004. While at Sequoia he spearheaded the national development of Yard House Restaurants taking them from just six units to seventy-six across units the country. During this rollout, Yard House Restaurants was obtained in one of the largest restaurant acquisitions by Darden. At the start of 2019, Brian and two of his daughters who had been working under him at Sequoia for the past decade, went on to create Kjos Restaurant Group.

Arianna Kjos

Arianna’s greatest passion is food and travel making it only natural that she found a liking to the real estate and restaurant industry at a very young age. After graduating from the University of California Irvine she started a full time career at Sequoia Restaurant and Entertainment Group. At Sequoia, Arianna was involved in the national rollouts of brands such as Yard House and Lazy Dog Restaurants. In early 2019, Arianna, her father and older sister, went on to create Kjos Restaurant Group. When she’s not at her desk you will most likely find Arianna exploring the world - habitually deeming it “market research.” Her frequent travels and food explorations, both domestically and internationally, give her the perspective needed to understand culture and market variances and what they both lack and desire.

Jenna Kjos

Jenna’s career began in entertainment prior to embarking into the real estate industry. Jenna worked for ESPN and the University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts. In 2010 Jenna began her career at Sequoia Restaurant and Entertainment Group where she aided in the rollout of national brands such as Yard House and Lazy Dog Restaurants. In the beginning of 2019 Jenna, alongside her father and younger sister, created Kjos Restaurant Group. Jenna’s background in cinematic arts coupled with her extensive travel throughout the world, gives her the ability to share a unique viewpoint of storytelling, dining, markets and experiences.
